Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order, as required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Conditions for returns:

• Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging

• The return must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation or invoice

Refunds:
Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
